Our Youth Advisory Council shares their ideal digital world with this short video.

We’ve been working with our Telstra Foundation Youth Advisory Council (YAC) since early this year. Their discussions on the realities of growing up digital have been rich, nuanced, and incredibly interesting.

We wanted to capture some of what we’re hearing to share more broadly, and it turned into this creative and insightful video featuring our Youth Advisory Council.

Much like the insights we’ve found through the Australian Youth Digital Index, our YAC are thinking about their digital world from a broad range of perspectives and considerations.

Telstra Foundation are committed to listening to and amplifying the insights and perspectives of children and young people as they experience their digital world.

About the YAC

Our council members help us to gain a deeper understanding of how young people experience digital technology and its impact on their lives. The council provides crucial feedback on our projects, helps us to develop innovative ideas, and creates content that truly resonates with their peers.
